Introduction: Many respiratory borne infections are transmitted to health care workers during aerosol generating procedures. A safe mechanism conduct such procedures is important. Objective: To design a evacuation chamber perform multiple and assess the practical use of it. Methodology: We designed an with exhaust mechanism, novel cost-effective multi-purpose chamber, which can be used number airways, upper gastrointestinal tract head neck region, without exposing staff aerosols. Exhaust from filtered by HEPA filter treated UVG irradiation destroy microorganisms prior release air into environment.
